More than a game

A place to play and meet people

We’re an informal group of local people who enjoy playing short mat bowls together at Horsmonden Village Hall.

There's a little friendly competition, plenty of conversation, and a short break for tea and biscuits. It's an enjoyable way to spend an evening and try something new.

We bowl all year round, with players from Horsmonden, Brenchley, Matfield and Goudhurst.

Just bring yourself

No need to buy bowls or special equipment to get started. We provide bowls for newcomers; just wear comfortable clothes and suitable indoor footwear.

When we meet

We usually meet on Monday evenings at Horsmonden Village Hall.

The club email is being prepared. Once it is working, please use it before your first visit so John can confirm the next session.
